The school is run and managed by “ BINARANI MEMORIAL TRUST”. The Board of Directors

• determines the mission and purposes of the organization
• takes strategic and decides organizational planning
• approves and monitors the organization’s programs and services
• enhance the organization’s public image.

The decision taken by the Board of Members is always considering the betterment of the society as well as of the school.
