1. Please send your children to school in proper uniform and in proper time.
2. Children should be encouraged to cultivate habits neatness, punctuality and discipline in school as well as at home.
3. Please check the wards' home task diary regularly. Home tasks and examination portions must be prepared in time Your regular watch on your wards' performance is required for their improvement.
4. Remarks written in the diary should be seen and countersigned regularly. If you feel that your ward is not making desired progress, you may contact the class teacher or the Principal.
5. If your ward is infected with any contagious disease, please keep him/her at home for treatment and inform the school.
6. Continuous absence from the class for 15 days or more, without pre-information will be considered equivalent to the withdrawal of the student from school and his/her name will be struck off from the rolls.
7. Prior written application must be given to the school management in case of any physical problem / illness of the student.
8. The name and date of birth of the child and the name of parents once entered in the school record will changed under any circumstances.
9. Promotion of a student will strictly depend upon his/her years average in all subject. Decision of the school authority is final in case of any dispute regarding promotion.
10. If any student remains in the same class for two consecutive years, then that student will not be permitted to continue further this school.
11. In need of Transfer Certificate/Bonafide Certificate parents must apply at least seven days before.
12. It is the duty of the parents/guardians not to allow stylish hair-cut of the child. If found, child will be suspended from school.
13. Students will be allowed to leave the school premises during the school hours only in case of emergency and that too, if escorted by parent.
14. In case of any dispute, the discretion of the Principal shall be final.
15. All communication must be addressed to the Principal the school.
16. For meeting the Principal prior appointment is required.
17. The school expect your kind co-operation for the optimum development of your wards. Your time to time contact with the class-teacher and the Principal for improvement of your wards will be highly appreciated.
18. Parents should report to school, when called by the Teacher/Principal.
19. Parents are requested to receive their ward on time, school will not hold any responsibility after releasing hours.
